What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Finance Strategy Execution and Reporting Intern

Location: Prague

Expected start date: Aug 2025 for 6 months

Support our dynamic team in executing the GFA strategy with efficiency and innovation. Here’s what the role entails:

  • Engaging in Quarterly Strategy Reviews and Portfolio Updates:
    • Report & Deck Creation: Help prepare insightful reports and compelling presentation decks that highlight our progress on strategy execution and portfolio health.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality reporting that drives informed decision-making.
    • Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements, with a focus on automation to streamline our operations.
  • Managing Team Assets:
    • Digital Collaboration: Assist in creating and maintaining our team’s resources on MS Teams and SharePoint, ensuring easy access and efficient collaboration.
  • Documentation and Guidelines:
    • Content Creation: Support the creation of clear and concise documentation and guidelines that enhance team productivity and clarity.
    • Resource Maintenance: Keep our knowledge base up to date, ensuring everyone has access to the latest information.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong competency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to handle data - data cleaning, preparation, and analysis.
  • Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Soft Skills:

  • A proactive and independent working style.
  • Highly motivated and capable of managing work remotely.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with colleagues across different time zones

The Strategy, Portfolio & Transformation team (Corporate Functions Operations) is dedicated to unleashing the power of Global Finance & Administration (GFA) transformation. Aligned with the Corporate Strategy and Transformation group, our mission is to drive the end-to-end process from Finance strategy definition to the execution of tangible initiatives. Our team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that strategy translates into actionable plans and programs that contribute to strategic priorities and transformation targets.

By driving the GFA strategy definition and translating it into tangible initiatives, we directly partner with the Board Area leadership team to trigger and monitor execution. We manage a systematically prioritized portfolio, making sure that our initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable results.
