Under direction of the Network Operation Center (NOC) Supervisor, this position provides mid-level technical support for the planning, implementation and operation of campus network infrastructure. This role involves administering a complex network environment, provisioning data and voice services, performing system maintenance and troubleshooting, monitoring network performance and supporting infrastructure projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining, improving and securing the campus data and wireless network services critical to operations.
Candidates must already possess authorization to work in the United States to be considered.

Department Overview
The Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team within Information and Educational Technology (IET) creates, deploys, and manages business, academic, and infrastructure systems. The vast infrastructure of campus wireless, telephone, data, video, and radio systems is maintained and supported by the Network Operations Center (NOC), a unit of EIS.
Department Specific Job Scope
This position provides technical support for the campus data and wireless network design, administration, operations and security activities.
