We are seeking a Treasury Management Sales Officer based in Orem, Utah. The Sales Officer plays a key role in building strong client and banking partner relationships and driving revenue through sales and partnering activities. Treasury Management Officers are a valuable part of the local business banking team and key to developing new business and growing existing client base in their territory.
The TM Sales Officer:
- Provides primary servicing support for portfolio clients of high value, complex Treasury Management relationships.
- Responsible for expanding and building relationships, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and servicing the treasury needs of clients.
- Track client-related issues to resolution, including those handed off to other teams for action and ensure client issues are resolved appropriately and expeditiously.
- Responsible for properly aligning loan clients with treasury products, which fit their ongoing needs.
- Identify other client banking needs and partner with key stakeholders on cross sell opportunities.
- Facilitates onboarding of major client relationships or complex industry types.
Requirements:
- Some banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other directly related experience.
- Basic knowledge of banking, treasury management, banking/treasury products and procedures.
- Good sales and client product and relationship management skills.
- Good influence, problem resolution, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's in business, finance or related field. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
