Summary

As the Global Talent Acquisition HRIS Manager you will be the critical link between HR technology and Talent Acquisition strategy at Sephora. You will lead the optimization and implementation of technologies that power our global talent acquisition efforts, preparing us for Sephora’s recruitment future. As part of the Global HRIS team and collaborating closely with the Global TA Director, you will enable our recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experience through strategic technology solutions.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Technology Strategy & Implementation

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition modules within SAP SuccessFactors (MSC)
• Support the short-term management and the long-term technology evolution of our TA systems
• Lead the implementation and integration of new TA technology capabilities, including AI-related tech
• Ensure the effective functioning of all existing TA technology

User Experience & System Enhancement

• Partner with Global Talent Acquisition to translate user needs into system improvements
• Develop system documentation and user guides to support global adoption
• Lead the technical implementation of specialized modules and integrations
• Support change management for new technology implementations
• Act as a global champion and advocate for TA systems and tools

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with IT, external vendors, and the LVMH Group on system integrations
• Manage user acceptance testing for new functionalities
• Collaborate with Regional and Market teams to ensure technology meets local needs
• Support executive-level reporting on technology effectiveness

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of HR/Recruitment systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors (certification is a plus)
• Experience with Candidate Relationship Management tools (knowledge of Eightfold.ai or similar software such as Sapia.ai, Maki, etc, is a plus …)
• Experience / Understanding of AI applications in the Talent Acquisition domain
• Approximately 8 years of experience implementing Global HRIS solutions
• Fluency in English, French is a big plus

• Understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in retail environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Forward-thinking approach to technology trends in talent acquisition
