About the Role

该岗位负责大健康管理部的系统相关需求分析，编写UR文档，与IT部门沟通协调需求，验收UAT结果，全程跟进需求，直至需求上线。

主要职责：

• 负责健康管理服务系统的功能需求，能够理解部门内外的业务需求并结合实际业务完成用户需求文档，与IT部门沟通协调，验收UAT结果，全程跟进项目，直至系统上线；
• 参与部门其他项目，支持项目中的系统相关需求，编写需求文档、与IT确认需求、验收UAT结果，配合团队成员一起推动项目进度，按期按质上线；
• 负责日常其他系统的相关需求，不限于部门内部需求，全程跟进，按期按质交付上线；
• 具有创新思维，通过学习、了解健康管理服务行业动态，结合公司实际业务，提出具有前瞻性的业务需求并负责落地；
• 完成公司安排的其他工作内容。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，具有5年以上的互联网产品经验，熟悉保险或健康管理服务业务流程优先；
• 有较好的表达与沟通能力以及较强的团队协同能力；
• 对保险或健康管理行业认可，始终保持学习新鲜事物的热情；
• 具有较好的撰写能力，并能熟练使用Excel、PPT、思维导图、流程图等办公软件。
