We are currently seeking an Intern for our Systems Centre team, to provide support on the coordination and management of the Proposal Management process. The Intern will be based in Singapore and will partner closely with regional teams in the Growth Markets region.

What you’ll do

• Reporting directly to the Proposals Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of the Proposal Management process, which includes the creation of a structured and consolidated proposal based on guidelines
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts in the Proposal Management process and ensure all timelines are met
• Partner closely with Sales and Regional Support Teams to ensure proposal requests are tracked and delivered on time
• Participate in weekly team calls

What you’ll need

• Currently an undergraduate majoring in Engineering
• Customer service focus excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload, multi-tasking is essential
• Strong in using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic programming/coding skills
• Commitment for full time internship for 5 months (or longer)
• Able to work in our BGC, Taguig Office, minimum 3x per week
