Estamos buscando a nuestro(a) Gerente para Operaciones de Venta quien liderará nuestro programa Perfect Store, asegurando una ejecución impecable y estratégica en tiendas clave, mediante el liderazgo de un equipo de promotoría a nivel nacional.
Responsable de guiar e implementar la estrategia de ejecución en tiendas bajo el programa Perfect Store, garantizando la visibilidad, disponibilidad y cumplimiento de estándares de ejecución de nuestros productos en el canal moderno y conveniencia. Será responsable de liderar la estrategia AMPS (Surtido, Merchandising, Precio y Exhibición).
In this role, you will:
1. Estrategia y ejecución del programa Perfect Store – 30%
2. Liderazgo del equipo de mercaderistas – 20%
3. Monitoreo y evaluación de desempeño en tienda – 20%
4. Negociación y gestión de relaciones con clientes – 20%
5. Innovación y mejora continua – 10%
