In Southeast Asia (SEA), we are operating individual sales units in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore. These SEA units are coordinated through the Singapore regional office.

Account Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value clients. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.

The Account Manager reports to the Market/Sales Manager of the country

Main activities

  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts (T 1-2) to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service.
  • Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
  • Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets. Organize visits to current and potential clients.
  • Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.

Informs clients of new products and services as they are introduced. Recommend products and services that fit well with clients’ business needs.

You should have

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience working with sales, marketing, sales processes. Deep Knowledge of Sales Processes. Advanced Knowledge of CRM
  • Education background : Diploma / Bachelors in any field or related qualification
  • Licenses & certificates: Agile Project Management – optional. Yellow Belt Lean 6 Sigma or related qualification
  • Languages : Fluent verbal and written English skills required.
  • IT competencies : Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint), ERP and CRM
  • Other: Overnight travel domestically and internationally for attending training, meetings, and sales activities
