QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing multinational company in a similar leadership role.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills in multicultural environments.
  • Proven ability to manage large, decentralized teams with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CAD/CAM, manufacturing processes, electrical components, and maintenance systems.
  • Electrical/Mechanical education background with High qualification in AM/PM, CMMS tools, certified/experienced in Hydraulic Hot press, CNC, EDM/Wirecut machinery maintenance as well as building utility, energy management/CO2 footprints.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and oversee annual and monthly maintenance plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Analyze spare part usage and troubleshoot machine failures, implementing corrective actions.
  • Support organizational goals through proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Plan and execute installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
  • Lead machine modification initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Monitor the performance of production equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and optimize repair prioritization.
  • Evaluate and control electrical power supply, nitrogen gas, compressed air, and water usage.
  • Collaborate with the EHS team to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
  • Train and develop maintenance personnel to enhance skill levels and technical expertise.
