Description

Join a dynamic and collaborative team as a Controls Engineer – Inverter Manufacturing, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and optimization of equipment and processes for inverter production. This position is focused on ensuring that manufacturing systems operate to specification, meet customer requirements, and are fully verified and qualified for mass production. As a subject matter expert in electrical controls engineering, you’ll be responsible for supporting the design, installation, and validation of production equipment. You’ll also work cross-functionally with departments across the organization—both domestically and internationally—gaining exposure to a wide range of manufacturing processes and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Define and validate equipment specifications to ensure alignment with product and regional requirements. Oversee equipment installation and confirm operational readiness. Ensure all systems meet safety standards for operator use. Verify that product specifications are consistently met through daily and validation testing. Collaborate with other departments to support testing trials, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $87000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
