About this opportunity

To support our growth and expansion plans in LATAM, the FP&A Analyst will support the annual planning and monthly forecasting process, which is aimed to increase the predictability of the LATAM business. This professional will support the local business by providing accurate financial information to support their decision-making process and will also support monthly forecast versus actual reporting and related analysis. This position requires strong analytics, communications skills, flexibility, and the ability to effectively interface with various business functions.

In this role, you will…

  • Analyze and report on variance to plan/forecast on all corporate items with support of the FP&A Manager.
  • Manage actual versus budget by region and business unit.
  • Provide KPIs related to the business trend to give visibility on the performance versus plan.
  • Support month-end activities working closely with Accounting and Corporate teams.
  • Support on the preparation of the monthly forecast versus actual reports such as Americas Close and Business Review.
  • Responsible for validating month end data and entering forecast data in the system (CPM/Host Analytics) with support of the FP&A Team.
  • Reconcile Profit Center and Cost Center creation in the systems.
  • Ensure consistency in data and formatting on all presentations and reports.
  • Assist in preparing standard templates for use with FP&A team and in key presentations.
  • Support the global team with analysis and ad-hoc financial projects where necessary.
  • Effectively partner and communicate across the finance organization.

In this role, you’ll need…

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FP&A (as assistant or analyst).
  • Familiarity with a major ERP such as SAP, Protheus, CPM/Host Analytics and/or Hyperion are desirable. Power BI is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel, VBA is a plus.
  • Problem solver, system oriented and strong analytical skill.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering or related field.
  • Fluent English. Spanish is desirable.
