We help the world run better
At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.
What you'll do
As a working student (f/m/d) in the Customer Experience (CX) Customer Success team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to help customers in the consumer goods and retail industry get the most value from their SAP solutions. You’ll work closely with customer success managers to prepare impactful presentations for both internal and customer-facing meetings, ensuring our messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with customer needs.
You’ll contribute to content creation that supports our communication strategy—ranging from internal updates to customer-facing materials. You’ll also assist in planning and organizing events for customers and partners, and have the opportunity to participate in these events, gaining valuable exposure to real-world customer engagement.
Occasionally, you’ll dive into internal reporting tools to help analyze revenue data, supporting strategic decision-making with accurate insights. Your work will directly contribute to building strong customer relationships and driving success across the team.
What you bring
You’re a team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for communication. You enjoy creating content that resonates with different audiences and are curious about how businesses build lasting relationships with their customers. Experience with event planning or customer engagement is a plus, but not required.
Meet your team
You’ll be part of the Customer Experience (CX) Customer Success team for the Middle and Eastern Europe region—a group of passionate professionals working across various countries to support our customers in the consumer goods and retail industry. Our mission is to help them unlock the full potential of SAP CX solutions and achieve outstanding business outcomes.
We work closely with our customers to support them throughout their journey—from onboarding and adoption to go-lives and beyond. Our daily work includes analyzing product usage, planning and attending customer events, identifying growth opportunities, and continuously expanding our knowledge of the SAP product landscape. You’ll join a friendly, open, and supportive team that values collaboration, curiosity, and customer success.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
