Position: Temporary IT Support Tech - 2 Month Contract 1099

Roles and Responsibilities

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be well-organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Must be receptive to feedback, coaching and development
  • Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities while meeting or exceeding deadlines
  • Protect the health care privacy of patients by following HIPAA regulations
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional verbal, listening and written communication skills are required
  • Positive attitude and a desire to succeed
  • Comfortable with using a printer, copier, scanner, as well as Excel, Word, and Outlook

Position Requirements

  • responsible for sorting, processing, and receiving "Returned to Sender" mail
  • Entering critical data into Excel and Salesforce as required
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of inventory
  • Provide support and troubleshooting to field operations and corporate teams
  • Communicating with a positive attitude, building rapport with colleagues and vendors
  • Performs other duties as assigned
