As a premier Solution Engineering (pre-sales) team, we operate across Northern Europe, serving Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, and The Netherlands.
The Northern Europe Technical Architect is a customer-facing specialist position within the Solutions Engineering organization. With a blend of business, technical, and sales skills, the Technical Architect acts as a domain expert who utilizes a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements. Technical Architects help the sales teams develop and refine a customer-centric technical sales strategy and Salesforce-solution fit.
As a Technical Architect, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them through Agentforce, Data Cloud, CRM, and Platform solutions, ensuring they realize the full value of the platform. You’ll combine deep technical domain expertise in Data/AI/ML, data infrastructure, and CRM with strong presentation and solutioning skills. Working side by side with our Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, you will:
Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements by assessing customer use cases, recommending optimal solutions, and shaping the overall technical vision.
