About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and driven Automation Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and optimize advanced production equipment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily and changeover Safety Sign-Off procedures
  • Load, operate, and unload pipe processing equipment with precision
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues (Allen Bradley experience preferred)
  • Analyze operational issues and execute corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Support production by ensuring machine setups align with schedule needs
  • Perform preventive maintenance and maintain detailed service records
  • Train and mentor Maintenance Technicians (Levels A, B, C) and General Operators
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and cross-functional teamwork
  • Assist in inventory audits, facility maintenance, and production reporting as needed
  • Commit to company safety standards, policies, and ethical guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience: 2–5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley preferred)
    • Experience with Motoman welding robots a big plus
    • Familiar with lockout/tag-out procedures
    • Skilled in using hand and trade tools, lifts, and forklifts
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in various environmental conditions
    • High attention to detail and strong diagnostic instincts
    • Comfortable working in and around machinery, elevated spaces, and noisy environments
  • Other Must-Haves:
    • Valid state driver’s license
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Willingness to work overtime and cross-train as needed

Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
