Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Conduct process simulations and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement process control systems and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to lean manufacturing projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
