Job Responsibilities:

Designation : Sr. CAE-Analyst (MBS Engineer - ADAMS)

Job Description:

• Develop high fidelity full vehicle models using MSC ADAMS/Car
• Perform Ride and Handling analysis using MSC ADAMS Car and interpret the results.
• Should be able to perform static load generation analysis in ADAMS/Car and ADAMS/View environment.
• Should be able to create macros to generate fast and error free output.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to create robust full vehicle ADAMS/car model.
• Correlate simulation results with measurements of the vehicle or subsystems.
• Experience in MATLAB and Python in ADAMS/car environment will be preferred. Knowledge of DOE & optimization

Key Skillsets:

• Development of ADAMS/Car model and plausibility checking
• Preparation and presentation of expressive reports as well as representation of ADAMS interests on project and customer level
• Alignment of the proposed MBS measures with the respective modules (INT/EXT/BIW/Chassis...)
• Independent planning, execution, and documentation of virtual & experimental analyses

Behavioral Skills:

• Supporting pre-sales technical
• proposals on solutions / architectures if needed
• Monitor the gaps for self- create personal
• Development plan in discussion with supervisor for closure of gaps
• On time delivery of work product or service > 90% 6. First time correct > 95%

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering with good academic background
• Experience required: BE then 6-7years, ME then 4-5years
