职位描述

1. 界面设计与优化
2. 负责Web端、移动端（App/H5/小程序）及PC端产品的界面设计，包括布局、图标、配色等视觉元素，制定并维护UI设计规范。
3. 参与产品需求分析，输出交互原型及高保真设计图，跟进开发实现并优化用户体验。
4. 跨部门协作
5. 与产品经理、开发团队紧密配合，推动设计方案落地，确保设计还原度。
6. 负责运营活动专题页、宣传物料等平面设计工作。
7. 设计研究与创新
8. 跟踪国内外设计趋势，通过用户研究和数据分析持续改进产品视觉体验。
9. 探索AI等新技术在设计中的应用，提出创新解决方案。

任职要求

1. 基础能力
2. 本科及以上学历，设计、美术、计算机相关专业，0-3年UI设计经验（优秀作品可放宽）。
3. 精通Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD、Photoshop、Illustrator等工具，掌握Axure/InVision等原型设计软件。
4. 专业素养
5. 熟悉UCD设计方法，具备交互设计思维，能独立完成用户研究及可用性测试。
6. 了解HTML/CSS/JavaScript等前端技术基础，能与开发人员高效协作。
7. 综合素质
8. 对设计趋势敏感，具备国际化视野，有商业化产品落地经验者优先。
9. 逻辑清晰，抗压能力强，具备优秀沟通能力及团队协作精神。

加分项

1. 掌握AE/C4D等动效设计工具，具备MG动画制作能力
2. 熟悉前端开发框架（如React/Vue）或人工智能应用场景
