About the team:

We are building a new DORA Compliance Governance Team to ensure our organization meets the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements. The team is structured around three core pillars: Regulatory Engagement & Lead Overseer Coordination, Regulatory Governance & Product/Service Enablement, and Regulatory Reporting, Audit Readiness & Communication. This role is part of the Regulatory Engagement & Lead Overseer Coordination pillar, which focuses on fostering strong relationships with regulatory authorities, managing regulatory interactions, and ensuring compliance with inspections and regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll:

We are looking for a motivated and creative working student to support our team in driving clear, effective, and visually compelling communication around DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) compliance initiatives. In this role, you will help design professional PowerPoint presentations, communication assets, and visual materials that support internal and external messaging.

  • Designing visually appealing and consistent slide decks for meetings, stakeholder briefings, and regulatory updates
  • Supporting the creation of communication materials (e.g., infographics, one-pagers, newsletters)
  • Assisting in standardizing the visual identity of DORA-related documentation
  • Collaborating closely with subject matter experts to turn complex content into clear, audience-friendly visuals

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Enrolled student in Graphic Design, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Strong visual storytelling and layout skills
  • Interest in digital regulation, risk, or compliance topics is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Others: team player, expert in organizing, creati
  • Location: close to Walldorf to be able to commute to the office
