Your Role: In your role as a Working Student, you will be responsible for providing support in the loading and updating of databases related to contracts, litigation, and corporate matters, as well as preparing drafts of document letters. You will conduct the initial review of compliance documentation and contracts, as well as the legal background of contracts. You will also prepare drafts of contracts and presentations, and generate reports. You will monitor compliance with Legal & Compliance programs, interacting with internal clients to understand their functions and needs. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating with external lawyers and in loading and maintaining legal files.
