Sampling Planner Intern

We are hiring a Sampling Planner Intern who:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Responsible for inventory replenishment activities
• Working with marketing, distributors, material suppliers, and manufacturing suppliers to support the desired delivery performance of the Corporate Marketing Sample Program
• Compile data contributing towards continuous improvement along with supporting automation/ efficiency initiatives to carry the program forward

Who you are

Required Skills or Competencies

• Studying Bachelor's degree in International Relations, International Business, Business Administration or related
• Knowledge of tools such as Power BI and Smartsheet
• Advanced English
• Full time availability (7am-4pm)
• Graduation date at least in July 2026 or later

Preferred Skills or Competencies

• Must be organized with the ability to work independently without supervision.
• Attention to detail to support fulfillment activities and analytics.
• Ability to prioritize and escalate issues.
• Must be proficient with ability to compile and analyze data.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to achieve success.
• Must be proficient in business analytics with the ability to pull data.
