Job Summary:
As a senior executive, the regional CNE is responsible for the advancement of patient care services, nursing professional development, clinical technology innovation, and staffing systems and strategy across the continuum of care with a focus on both strategy and operations. The role will oversee nursing professional development, clinical technology and the centralized Care Delivery Staffing Office, focused on design and optimization of systems, processes, analytics and technology to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the nursing and care delivery workforce. This role will work in conjunction with Care Delivery Health Plan leaders and Northwest Permanent physician leaders to optimize and enable the delivery of strategic and operational priorities including experience, quality, affordability, employee engagement and support of the clinicians in the delivery of care to our members.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a healthcare systems leadership role, including operational management and process improvement in complex, highly matrixed organizations.
Education
- Bachelors degree or higher in nursing required.
- Masters degree required.
License, Certification, Registration
- Registered Nurse License (Washington)
- Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
- Nursing Administrator Certificate within 12 months of hire
Additional Requirements:
- Strong experience with staffing systems in healthcare or other complex labor environment.
- Experience in leading successful large-scale and complex business transformation initiatives, leveraging industry standard process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Strong financial analytical experience and ability to analyze and interpret complex data to confidently communicate findings to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Results-orientation with eye for details, constantly synthesizing financial data with operations content and interpretation.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and constituents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills characterized by effective interactions and strong working relationships.
- Ability to operate in politically complex situations and remain effective.
- Decisive action orientation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience developing culture and leading teams.
- Considerable experience meeting with and presenting to executives in large, diverse organizations, and have a proven record working with senior executives’ in-depth analysis, and expertise to resolve issues.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a Labor/Management partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree preferably in nursing, health administration or a business-related field.
- Doctorate in nursing. PhD or DNP strongly preferred
Pay Range: $342000 - $427500 / year
