Job Description

Join a family-owned company that specializes in producing precision machined components and assemblies for the automotive, truck, and bus industries. We are seeking a skilled CNC machinist for our day shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC machines.
• Perform quality inspections using micrometers, digital calipers, gauges, and other tools.
• Produce various parts including spindles, piston shafts, shackle bolts, fasteners, and axle spacers.
• Work with machines such as Fuji, Samsung, Miyano, Okuma lathes, and Cincinnati boring mills.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of CNC machining experience, including short and long-run jobs.
• Proficiency in lathe operations with at least one year of experience.
• Ability to setup and operate CNC machines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Myron is an experienced and skilled electronic technician with over 14 years’ experience,with a focus in creation and reading of schematics for use in building and testing electrical systems and harnesses.
• Proficient in hands-on testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of vehicle electronics, familiar with troubleshooting AC and DC circuits,
• Experienced in automotive testing, crafted and verified automotive electrical harnesses for interfacing vehicle electronic control modules to test equipment.
• Graduated from ITT with associate’s degree in electrical engineering in 2010.
• Additional experience in using digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic probes,

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with machine setup and operation.
• Knowledge of calipers and micrometers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
