Salesforce Developer

JOB PURPOSE

This role together with the existing DEPT® Salesforce team will be maintaining and developing the internal Salesforce environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Medium Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, particularly with creating flows and utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud. This role requires a developer who can independently handle tasks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our Salesforce platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understands how to develop using Apex
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including flows, triggers, and automations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users.
• Maintain documentation of development activities and system configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience and knowledge of developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce flows and automation tools.
• Experience with Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
