Scope:

TTM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in evaluating internal controls, risk management, and compliance practices across the organization. This position is based at our Headquarters in Santa Ana, California with an expectation of working from the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Completes assigned work within established timeframes
  • Demonstrates high standards of conduct and ethics as well as ability to use appropriate judgment and discretion
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes in accordance with the annual audit plan, under supervision.
  • Assists with SOX program testing to assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, under supervision
  • Document audit workpapers clearly and concisely to support audit results.
  • Assist with special projects and investigations as assigned by the Internal Audit team.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the field of internal auditing
  • Interest in pursuing a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, PMP, Six Sigma, etc)
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong execution skills with a focus on complete and timely completion of tasks which includes planning, organizing and prioritizing with a strong attention to detail
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team at a fast pace
  • Demonstrate professional integrity in the workplace

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; minor’s in these fields will be considered as well
  • Approximately, 25% domestic travel is required #LI-EC1

Helpful Experience, not required:

  • Internship or academic project experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
  • Understanding of basic auditing standards
  • Familiarity with internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO)

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$55,781 - $92,968

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
