Novant Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to coordinate and assist healthcare providers in delivering safe, quality, and cost-effective care to our diverse patient population. ✅ What You’ll be doing:

• Coordinate and assist providers in delivering healthcare services.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Take vital signs, obtain medical histories
• Prepare patients and exam rooms for treatment
• Ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective care for patients.
• Foster a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm."
• Engage in teamwork and community involvement to enhance patient care.

???? What we’re looking for:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Program: Graduate from an accredited program including pharmacology and medication administration.
• Certification: Current certification as CMA, RMA, or CCMA, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: Previous work in a Dermatology Office is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Ability to successfully complete skills validation and competency testing.
• Language: Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
