Title: Co-op/Intern, Revenue Analytics - Fall 2025

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Co-op will support the analytics team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights that drive key business decisions. You will work under the guidance of more senior analysts to assist in data collection, user acceptance tests, reporting, and basic analysis.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in collecting, consolidating, and cleaning data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analysis.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in UAT for reporting changes related to customer migrations between billing systems. Validate that customer transitions are accurately reflected in the reports, ensuring data reliability and consistency after production deployment.
- Semantic Layer Operationalization: Support the operationalization of the finance analytics semantic layer by writing efficient SQL queries and leveraging tools like dbt to transform raw data into well-structured analytical models.
- Data Reporting & Dashboards: Contribute to the development and upkeep of reports and dashboards that monitor key financial and business metrics, making insights accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with teams across marketing, product, sales, and finance to understand their data needs and help deliver relevant, impactful insights.
- Data Visualization Support: Assist in visualizing data using tools such as Excel and Tableau, transforming complex findings into clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Current enrollment in a relevant post-grad, bachelor’s, or master’s program, preferably in Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong curiosity and persistence in understanding complex billing workflows, with the ability to validate data accuracy and ensure reporting integrity through systematic testing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), with an eagerness to build expertise.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and transforming data from relational databases.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and support diverse data needs and business goals.
- Strong analytical thinking, a problem-solving approach, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
