Job Description:

Please note this is a 1-year internship position available for students. The position is part time at 20 hours per week.

Spin Master is a leading global children's entertainment company, creating exceptional play experiences through it’s three creative centres: Toys, Entertainment and Digital Games. With distribution in over 100 countries, Spin Master is best known for award-winning brands PAW Patrol®, Bakugan®, Kinetic Sand®, Air Hogs®, Hatchimals®, Rubik’s Cube® and GUND®, and is the global toy licensee for other popular properties.

What will you work on?

The Order Management Intern coordinates daily customer service operations, handles administrative requests and queries from Order Management Team Leads or Manager.

How will you create impact?

• Assist in order processing and communication with customers in a timely manner
• Assist in managing order issues such as pricing, incomplete orders, proof of delivery
• Partner with Supply Chain to resolve issues
• Document internal procedures and customer’s procedures
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by OMS Team Lead and Manager, Order Management

How will you fit into the team?

The Order Management Intern reports to the Manager, Order Management.

What are your skills and experience?

• Education: University student
• Specialization, field: Economic, finance, business
• Fluent written and spoken English is a must; other language is advantage
• Microsoft excel, word an advantage
• High consistency and focus on details is required
• Self-motivated with the desire for self-development
• The ability to work autonomously when required
• Team player with dedication to customer satisfaction
