We are seeking a highly experienced System Architect with extensive expertise in system architecture and software development. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java, Webservices, C, and C++, along with deep knowledge of SIP, RTP, PTT, and MCPTT protocols. This role involves designing and developing scalable web-based and mobile applications (iOS and Android) aligned with 3GPP standards for MCPTT. The position requires excellent problem-solving skills, leadership, and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop scalable web-based network applications for MCPTT.
• Architect and implement mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms related to MCPTT.
• Ensure compliance with 3GPP standards and MCPTT architecture in all projects.
• Lead the integration of SIP, RTP, and PTT protocols into network applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to SIP, RTP, PTT, and MCPTT.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training on relevant technologies.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Extensive experience (20+ years) in system architecture and software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Webservices, C, and C++.
• In-depth knowledge of SIP, RTP, PTT, and MCPTT protocols.
• Solid understanding of 3GPP standards and MCPTT architecture.
• Proven experience in developing web-based and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
