We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Web Application Developer with extensive experience in developing scalable web-based network applications for MCPTT. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL databases, along with a solid understanding of web services and related technologies. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing both front-end and back-end services, integrating Jenkins for CI/CD, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop scalable web-based network applications for MCPTT.
• Implement and maintain web services to support application functionality.
• Develop front-end components using JavaScript and related frameworks.
• Build and optimize back-end services using Java and Python.
• Integrate Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Design and manage SQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide training on relevant technologies.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Extensive experience in full stack web application development.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of web services and related technologies.
• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
