About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist to join our web development and digital marketing teams. Reporting to the Director of Web Experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of our websites, digital campaigns, and marketing assets. Your work will directly impact user experience, brand reputation, and campaign effectiveness by identifying issues before they reach our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for websites, landing pages, web integrations, and other digital assets.
  • Test functionality, usability, browser compatibility, and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
  • Validate tracking, analytics, and marketing tags (e.g., GTM, Google Analytics, pixels, etc.) for accurate data collection.
  • Proofread and review all digital assets for consistency, correct links, image quality, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs or issues through to resolution, collaborating closely with developers and marketers.
  • Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing as needed during development cycles.
  • Advise on best practices for QA processes and contribute to continuous improvement of quality standards.
  • Test marketing automation workflows, forms, and dynamic content for accuracy and reliability.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts where applicable.
  • Prepare clear QA reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in QA for web development, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies
  • Experience testing websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns across browsers and devices
  • Good experience with modern CMS (Craft, WordPress, Payload, Strapi, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with SQL and other database management systems
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting. (e.g., Selenium, Webdriver.io, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, Google Analytics, tag managers)
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with QA documentation and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of how React, Next.js, and PHP work is an advantage
  • Understanding of SEO, accessibility, security, and web performance best practices
  • Prior experience working in agile or fast-paced digital environments
