As an Accounting Systems Manager on the accounting team, a typical day for you will include:
- Support the functional aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the system and escalating when necessary.
- Monitor system performance and integrations with other systems (Power BI, Concur, internal systems, etc.), collaborate with counterparts supporting those systems for uninterrupted activity.
- Maintain close and collaborative relationships with Accounting, IT and other key stakeholders and service providers internally/externally
- Thoroughly understand Accounting-related business processes and systems to ensure delivery of desired outcomes
- Identify, recommend and deliver process improvements through collaboration with other teams to explore all alternatives and reaching agreed upon outcomes
- Act as a key contributor and representative of the Corporate Controller’s organization in projects impacting accounting systems/processes across the organization
- Identify, track, report and present meaningful performance or progress metrics, both related to projects, as well as day-to-day accounting operations

(Required qualifications)
Experience:
- 5+ years in roles working with or within Accounting/Shared Services organizations
- 2+ years in roles as an accounting systems admin/support function
Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Concur Invoice & Expense SME.
- Advanced MS-Excel skills (V, H and X-Lookups, pivot tables, macros).
- Experience with Great Plains Accounting Software and other large ERP systems.
- Project Management
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid role; 3 days in office, 2 days work remotely w/ ability to Travel (15%)
