- 2 years of experience with working in an EMC engineering environment, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with EMC testing standards and methodologies and EMC test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, antennas, and amplifiers).
Preferred qualifications:

Responsibilities
- Be involved in the concept stages of product development. Identify design risks, develop mitigation strategies and guide teams with EMC design principles, including schematics, Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) layout design and simulations.
- Identify and resolve EMC issues through design modifications and mitigation techniques.
- Provide guidance and support to Design teams on EMC best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with EMC standards and regulations (e.g., FCC, CISPR, IEC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers. Mentor junior engineers and test engineers.
