Qualifications and requirements: Under the supervision of an RN, performs telemetry monitoring. Reports to: Director of Intensive Care Unit
FLSA: Non-exempt
Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required; Associate’s degree Preferred
Licenses: EMT, EMT-P, CNA, SRNA, or CMA Preferred or completion of first semester clinical rotation in an accredited Nursing Degree Program (ADN or BSN).
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Required; Completion of Cardiac Telemetry Certification within 1 year of hire;Evidence of successful completion of Telemetry/Dysrhythmia course
