Job Description

  • Shape the future: You will focus on administrative and marketing tasks, ensuring seamless support for our team
  • Data is everything: You will be responsible for creating and submitting reports on a regular basis, providing valuable insights for our business decisions
  • Take responsibility: You will work on automating processes in the context of short-term and long-term supply chain topics, streamlining our operations and increasing efficiency
  • Keep up to date: You will set up and maintain our Jira project board and Confluence page to track progress and share knowledge across departments
  • Identify needs: You will support the maintenance and development of supply chain planning reports, utilizing your analytical and technical skills to identify improvement opportunities
  • Expand your horizons: You will assist in implementing digital projects for demand and capacity management, focusing on data-related topics like data visualization, analytics and process automation
  • Being strong together: You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and test digital solutions and assist in market activities showcasing departmental progress

Your Profile

  • Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar
  • Skills: You have strong analytical and technical skills
  • Experience: You have ideally already gained experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Way of working: You are proactive, self-driven and capable of working independently while contributing effectively to team efforts
  • Personality: You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling you to deliver clear and stakeholder-oriented messages while effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:

  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
  • You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly
