At PUMA, we don’t follow trends, we build spaces that set them. We're looking for a driven Store Development & Maintenance Manager to lead new store builds, refurbishments, and ongoing maintenance across our retail network in Oceania.

Lead end-to-end retail construction and maintenance projects that align with global standards on time, on brand, and on budget.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering full-cycle store development: design, contractor management & build
• Ensuring seamless store rollouts in partnership with Ops, IT, Finance & VM
• Leading preventative and reactive store maintenance across the fleet
• Managing vendors, costs, and compliance with sharp attention to detail

YOUR TALENT

You bring 3+ years of experience in retail construction or facilities, a cool head under pressure, and the ability to lead projects from the ground up.
