Job Description:

• MS or Ph.D degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field preferred
• 7+ years experience in RFIC or Analog IC design, especially RF SOI Switch design preferred
• Deep understanding of RF block and chain design, Analog sub-block(LDO, charge pump), ESD structure
• Deep understanding of RF front-end for mobile communication, RF SOI and CMOS device
• Proficient with Cadence Spectre, ADS and HFSS tools
• Layout experience with Cadence design flow
