In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our financial data. You'll directly contribute to our reporting and financial management, gaining hands-on experience by playing a key part in our crucial month-end close processes.

What You'll Do:

As a Staff Accountant, you'll be responsible for the monthly reconciliation and analysis of key general ledger accounts and various journal entries for month-end close. Your essential day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Performing specific monthly accounting entries to accurately reflect revenue and expenses on financial reports.
  • Reviewing, reconciling, and analyzing specific general ledger accounts monthly, including balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Monitoring and analyzing assigned transactions on the balance sheet for accuracy.
  • Analyzing assigned accruals and reserves to ensure proper recognition of revenue and expenses.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of processes to more accurately record transactions.
  • Handling other duties as needed to support financial operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • We're eager to consider talented recent graduates with 0-2 years of accounting or financial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Experience with Acumatica and/or OneStream is a plus!
  • Strong internal customer service skills, analytical abilities, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A strong ability to learn quickly, coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
