About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking an Email Developer to join our Marketing team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will focus on executing email marketing campaigns with a heavy emphasis on HTML coding, customer segmentation, and technical execution. You will work with cross-functional partners across marketing, supporting important business goals for the entire organization. You will report to the Manager of Email Marketing.

You will

• Set-up and code email templates in HTML using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Set up, test, and launch complex email campaigns with dynamic content
• Set up dynamic email audience targeting, and integrate dynamic content to personalize user experiences
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure email execution aligns with brand standards and strategic needs
• Collaborate with other email developers and internal stakeholders to review email tests, following established processes for QA and approval
• Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues

You will come with

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, OR 1-2 years’ experience with HTML email marketing execution
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and project management skills
• A strong interest in delivering detail-oriented work
• Relevant email development work experience
• Experience designing HTML emails
• Strong technical coding skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud , SQL and AMPscript is a plus
• Communication and collaboration skills

Pay Range:

$70,470.00 - $114,400.00
