These include Reviews, Questions & Answers, and other experiences where shoppers contribute content. We're solving abuse detection at scale, building rules and ML models to ensure contributions meet guidelines, and ensuring that other teams in the company with similar needs benefit from our expertise.
Our team includes engineers, PMs, research scientists and business intelligence engineers. We're looking for a software development engineer to join us to help design and decide on new technologies, lead the implementation of projects, and mentor junior engineers.
You will work on projects involving full stack development empowering abuse-investigation tools, large scale data processing for abuse detection and integrating generative AI solutions to improve efficiency. You will work with technologies like React, GraphQL, SparkSQL, Java powered micro-services and backend frameworks.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
