Job Description:
Uniphore, the Business AI Company, is growing its revenue enablement organization. We are looking for a superstar Revenue Enablement Manager to join the team! In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement and provide the tools, assets, resources, and training to the revenue teams (Sales Development, Sales, Channel Sales, Customer Success) in order to improve efficiency and success to ensure the company's continued rapid growth.
You are required to interact heavily with the revenue teams to determine the current gaps, the marketing team to ensure assets and strategies are aligned with the company vision, and the operations team to provide the necessary tools and services for the revenue teams.
Requirements:
- Evaluate and refine our current onboarding program for new hires. Including, but not limited to partnering with key stakeholders to deliver both virtual and in-person onboarding training.
- Ensure the onboarding (and “ever-boarding”) curriculum covers market, buyer personas, competition, company, products and services, sales processes and systems, sales methodology, manager, coaching, sales tools and skills training.
- Drive the sales training roadmap in partnership with our leadership, empowering the team with a robust onboarding program, product training and certification and professional sales development plan thereby enhancing our go-to market effectiveness.
- Organize, standardize, and analyze our enablement & effectiveness reporting and associated metrics to tell deeper stories about the impact of Enablement on key activities within the business including visualizations on where we are today, where we've been and directionally where we need to go.
- Drive the global Revenue Enablement strategy across all key internal customer lifecycle stakeholders with a particular focus on partner and customer success enablement.
- Collaborate and act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that we are constantly delivering consistent, up to date and relevant messages to our field organization.
- Drive continuous innovation in enablement programs and tools to enhance overall excellence across the sales, partner and customer success field teams.
- Map the skills, knowledge, process and tools that are required by our sales force to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage in of the customers journey with Uniphore.
- Support new product launches (go to market strategy).
- Help to manage the sales enablement content repository in alignment with product and marketing and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
- Define and implement key performance indicators of success for:
- o Onboarding: Level and time to competency and correlation to pipeline ramp
- o Productivity metrics: Core selling time, time personalizing content, content usage and how often content is shared with buyers
- o Revenue metrics: Average length of sales cycle, opportunity conversion rates, win rate and target achievement
Requirements:
- 2 – 5 years of Sales enablement / L&D experience in SaaS companies
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Content creation experience building assets and materials (internal/external) and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycle
- Hands-on experience on Learning/Content management systems is a must
- Working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies
- Experience leveraging reporting tools to effectively track performance and metrics across the revenue organization
- Background in an enablement organization that supported the sales team and key stakeholders such as: sales engineers, partner/reseller teams and the customer success organization
- The ability to work in a cross-functional global position and communicate different types of training subject matter
- Proven ability to guide training activities based on company vision and industry trends
- Ability to identify knowledge gaps in the organization
- Strong technical acumen is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- The candidate should be able to give and receive feedback as well as have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment since this person generally leads and supports the sales force and its collaborators
- Candidate should know how to prioritize tasks and campaigns delegated to them
- A certain level of project management mentality is needed as well as the ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously
- The candidate will make content more consumable for the revenue teams, they should know how to take advantage of the content produced, what to highlight in each of them, and in which formats they should be presented

- A strong understanding of the sales environment
- Ability to use metrics and observation to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness

Hiring Range:
$154,400 - $212,300 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
