About The Role

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer with a strong grasp of the Power Platform to join our dynamic team of problem-solvers and technologists. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining scalable business solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand challenges, translate needs into technical solutions, and help optimize workflows and integrations. Your expertise will ensure our Microsoft 365 environments are secure, efficient, and aligned with best practices—empowering clients to innovate and operate with confidence.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Understanding of data modeling, APIs, and connectors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, specifically Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support connectors, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are enforced across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform updates, features, and best practices.

Job Specifications

  • Rate: $40 - $58/hr
  • Employment type: contract (C2C or W2 hourly)
  • Interview process: (1) introductory call, (2) technical assessment, and (3) panel interview with the hiring team.
  • Location: Minneapolis, MN.
  • Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
