As Line Manager for the i.s.h.med Model Sysem line you manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs the i.s.h.med Model System for all markets.

The responsibilities include engineering of software for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. This requires to apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided specification. It means also to build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture. The technology stack is SAP based, that means it is essential to have a broad knowledge of SAP technologies, specifically related to SAP Business Suite / ECC, IS-H and our product i.s.h.med. The team consists of engineers, architects, testers, project managers and technical writers. The components developed are key for moving i.s.h.med customers from the legacy products to the cloud native future portfolio.

The responsibility includes management and control activities in multi-functional areas of sections to ensures appropriate operational planning according to Corporate specifications.

As line manager you already demonstrated leadership and people management skills, you have strong communication skills, analytical

skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. In optimum case you have 5-8 years of software engineering or related experience.
