Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to plan, schedule, prioritize and complete multiple tasks and demands
Must be well organized and possesses good time management skills
Schedules patients appropriately allowing sufficient clinic time, considering acuity level
Ensures that accurate patient information is obtained, co-payments are collected, and billing information is provided to Billing staff in a timely manner
