Senior Program Manager, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Are you passionate about the cloud? Do you enjoy working directly with external customers and partnering on new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) deployments? We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Specialized Cloud Programs team at OCI. This function is responsible for all due diligence to ensuring viability for all global, non-commercial deals. The team regularly liaises with several Oracle organizations including, but not limited to, Cloud Operations, Engineering & Development teams, Finance, Global Business Practices, and Legal teams to achieve its goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working with cross-functional key stakeholders to evaluate dedicated cloud opportunities
  • Streamlining and develop processes to enable OCI to close deals
  • Applying business acumen to evaluate non-standard requests
  • Regularly collaborating and partnering with internal teams, including sales, compliance, finance, security, legal, and product service teams
  • Managing reporting activities to executives to drive decisions
  • Articulating recommendations, decisions, and priorities in a crisp and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in program management, and/or business development
  • Experience with cloud computing services
  • The ability to work autonomously, make high impacting decisions, and judgment call
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
