The Sales Development Representative is an entry level sales role with a focus on customer service management. This role is charged with generating and qualifying sales leads via live chat, email, and phone communication with customers. The expectation is to eventually become an expert on our products and service offerings to meet customer needs while generating new sales opportunities with growth potential into Sales Specialist roles. This position is remote and may need to flex between Eastcoast and Westcoast hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional skill level in multiple task management
  • Handle inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with a focus on generating sales
  • Daily Funnel/ Opportunity management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Achieve all sales lead generation goals
  • Addition potential with outbound prospecting, sales pipeline development, and following up on leads

Qualifications:

Four (4) year degree and/or minimum of 2 - 4 years of sales or customer service experience

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships cross functionally
  • Proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Medical Segment experience preferred
