Structural Intern/Co-Op
The Structural Intern/Co-Op will work as a member of a design team on multiple projects serving clients such as NYSDOT, NYCDOT, NYSTA, MTA C&D – NYCT/LIRR/MNR and PANYNJ. The position includes preparation of plans, detail drawing/calculation checks, estimate and quantity take-offs for projects of various sizes and complexity. The Structures Department has a wide range of infrastructure projects including new bridge design, bridge rehabilitation, stations work, and inspection work. The candidate will need to be a self-motivated individual who utilizes the highest level of professionalism while performing engineering assignments and work well in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or a graduate Structural Engineering program.
