Job Summary:

Cleans, decontaminates and inspects equipment. Maintains par level inventory in various areas of hospital. Delivers supplies to requesting departments. Receives, inspects, verifies all supplies and equipment delivered.

Job Duties:

• Restocks supplies in distribution and processing area and accurately records all issues and receipts to and from this area based on documentation and staff feedback.
• Answers telephone, takes supply orders, and delivers requested items to user departments.
• Inventories and restocks each department and supply cart and dressing cart that is on Automatic Par Level Replenishment.
• Assists in sterile processing and stores area as needed.
• Distribution and cleaning of re-useable equipment.
• Unloads delivery truck, inspects each shipment for accuracy and insures correct material was received with proper quantities.
• Prepares receiving reports.
