Join our Credit Union Team – Call Center Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about helping others and creating exceptional experiences? GESA Credit Union is looking for a friendly, proactive, and member-focused individual to join our Call Center team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for our members via phone and email, delivering outstanding service with every interaction.
  • Handle general inquiries, perform account maintenance, and resolve concerns with urgency and care.
  • Take ownership of member issues—set expectations, follow up, and ensure resolution.
  • Spot opportunities to introduce members to additional products and services that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with your team and leadership to continuously improve service and operations.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
  • A high school diploma is required; college coursework or a degree is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • A member-first mindset with a professional, courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and think creatively to solve problems.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and online systems; experience with call center software is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
