About Digibee
Digibee is an iPaaS that scales integration workflows while reducing cost and technical debt. Rather than require specialized integration experts, Digibee lets every developer quickly build, test, deploy, govern, and monitor integrations across on-premise and cloud environments using a simple but powerful low-code interface.
Founded in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2017 and headquartered in Weston, Florida, our team is widely distributed throughout the Americas. In May of 2023, Digibee closed a Series B funding round of $60 million that is intended to drive our expansion in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Create content for social media, blog, newsletters, and other touchpoints with the market, focusing on qualified engagement and demand generation.
- Write customer success stories by translating technical narratives and results into clear, impactful storytelling.
- Support brand authority building and thought leadership for our brand and spokespersons.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, customer success, support) to gather insights and transform technical knowledge into strategic content.
- Analyze qualitative data from meeting transcripts, interviews, and surveys, transforming them into content plans that strengthen the brand and drive demand.
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and other marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with transcription and conversation analysis tools (e.g., Gong, Elephan, etc.).
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation at technology companies, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Portfolio with written cases and examples of social media content (posts, articles, campaigns).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality output.
- Analytical skills to capture and interpret data and turn it into performance-based content.
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital marketing.
- Advanced English, with strong writing and editing skills for clarity and fluency.
Nice to Have
- Fluent Spanish.
- Experience with PR and media relations.
- Experience with sales enablement strategies.
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and social selling strategies.
- Background in startups or fast-growing companies.
